“How can we respond open-heartedly to the challenges and opportunities of our times? By leaning into a wider web of belonging, practice and collective action.”
Unfolding Together
Unfolding Together is a 4-day experiential training and a welcome to a dedicated global network of transformational practice and action. Together we embody a range of practices at the intersection of the inner, interpersonal, and systemic, to care for the web of life.
Upcoming Dates and Location:
15-19 October 2025 - Casa Tilo, Barcelona, Spain
Why?
Unfolding Together grew out of a deep longing for companionship and mutual support, to take compassionate and courageous action to contribute to the world. Our intention is to co-create an empowering community of practice, to face the complex social and ecological challenges of our times.
Beyond personal growth and interpersonal belonging, we aspire to collaborate in co-creating more life-affirming societal structures, including economic, justice, and governance systems that are cooperative and restorative.
What will we do?
Through engaging our heads, hands, and hearts, we will explore how to embody compassion and courage (also known as Self-leadership, integral nonviolence, love in action, presence, etc) at the intersection of the individual, the interpersonal or group, and society. This means learning together, but also doing healing work, co-creating networks of mutual support, and furthering collaborative projects that unfold beyond the gathering.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
Who is it for?
Unfolding Together is for anyone inspired to live a life of purpose and contribution. You do not need any specific previous training or experience to attend. That said, we have a limited number of spaces available for each Unfolding Together gathering and prioritize offering spaces based on a number of factors, including seeking alignment of purpose and variety in backgrounds.
What comes next?
After the Unfolding Together gathering you are warmly welcomed and supported to engage in an on-going network of practice and action, including:
Regular in-person gatherings with abundant opportunities for co-creation and shared leadership, as well as apprenticeship learning and deepening practice
Monthly Zoom calls for community learning and connection

Testimonials
Thank you from the depths of my heart for doing and sharing this work in the world. I am feeling reconnected to the essence of what truly matters to me – life, care, awakened consciousness. It feels so good to care about the well being of myself, others and the planet. Thank you for the reminder of the need for collaboration and community in the re-awakening process.

What did I gain? An enormously clearer and deeper understanding of my interior landscape, confidence in my ability to work with tension and conflict, willingness to ask for support, and how to show up vulnerably and authentically as a leader. Compared to before, I feel like I have relational super powers. These competencies will make me a more effective collaborator on everything I do going forward.
- Johnson Hsieh

This experience has given me hope in human connection. The world needs people who have the courage to go inward and to be with others even when it's difficult. We have been offered many tools to do that. It really moves me that what we do here on a very small scale can really ripple out and lead to more understanding, healing, connection, tolerance and compassion.
- Leni Cellini

The training and community immersion have taught me so much about how to live more consciously! They have supported me to grow into a more full-hearted and alive human being, to learn to move toward and transform conflict, and to take bold action to contribute to the world.
